Technical FeaturesBag-making in high precision: DDC closed loop control system which is developed independently by us is adopted, the system have strong points of high precision、strong anti-jamming、good stability. Bag-making length can be set directly on operating panel, and there is no need to adjust other parts, further it is precise. When using the wrapper on which mark is printed, the mark can be tracked immediately and no cumulative error, you can obtain the integrant brand design. Simple and convenient for adjustment: Packing speed and bag-making length can be adjusted step less in a rated range; there is no need to change the parts. Good property of heat-seal structure: The parts of heat-seal adopt two-sides heating and attemperation and special heat sealing structure. Heating speed is fast, heat stability is good, the useful life is long, material adaptation ability is better; seal lines are clear and have high intension. Easy to operate and maintain: The machine adopts the advanced man-machine integration, having the simple appearance, being handled and maintained easily. Various printing functions: We can fix sealing heat printing, bag heat printing, ink printing or ink-wheel printing if you need. Various cutting functions: The machines have the functions of separate cutting、sequential cutting、sequential cutting、quantitative cutting if the different cutting device is fixed. Orientating stop function: The heat sealer will spread when the machine is stopped, the packing material will not be destroyed.
