ST-6030TA Auto Sleeve Packager

Scope of Application ST-6030TA series can not only do the whole producing function that ST-6030IA series have, but also can pack the single row bottle and feeding three rows meantime, (and can also set single row、two rows or especially four rows feeding) to raise productivity. Technical FeaturesThe whole machines introduced into the foreign advanced technology and made based on European engineering standard. It adopts ‘NOEGEN’cylinder, ‘MITSUBISHI’programmable PLC, Germany ‘SICK’photoelectric switch and other famous electrical units to control and execute the whole process, which is accurate、stable and trusty. The feeding conveyor belt is LFPOM material, which is abrasion resistant and high-strength. And it is controlled by stepless change electromotor to make it works stably. And we can also do it according to the customers’production lines. The heating cutter is coated with TEFLON to prevent it sticking from the film. It designed with lower cooling system to make the sealing lines cool immediately and make the sealing lines stronger. With auto protection function to prevent cutting the products mistakenly and protect the operator at the same time. Feeding film parts adopt‘SICK’proximity switch which works with worn wheel and worn reducer to make it work steadily and the tensile force uniform and adjustable
